The idea behind the Authentic Candidate is that we try so much to conform when we are looking for a job. The irony is that more and more often now, candidates are hired because of themselves and what they can do in a way that is unique to them. There is a lot of emphasis put on job qualifications, and of course, these matter, but I have a deep faith in the human side of business. We're working with people, hiring people, serving people.
